As JOLO Winery & Vineyards continued to expand production, existing vineyard equipment no longer supported the efficiency and workflow required during harvest. Off-the-shelf solutions weren't designed around their unique operation, creating opportunities for custom-engineered improvements.

Reaper worked closely with the JOLO team to design, machine, and fabricate specialized harvesting and grape-processing equipment tailored specifically to their production process. Multiple custom components and fixtures were developed to integrate seamlessly into existing operations while improving handling, workflow, and reliability.

The finished equipment streamlined key harvesting processes, reduced manual effort, and gave JOLO purpose-built tools designed specifically for the way they operate—demonstrating Reaper's ability to bridge engineering, machining, and fabrication into complete operational solutions.
JOLO Winery & Vineyards — a family-run, boutique winery in the Yadkin Valley of North Carolina known for award-winning wines and premium vineyards — approached Reaper to develop new processing equipment for their grape harvesting process that simply didn’t exist.
